Cassandra has been helping people improve their metabolic health for 15 years. She began as a strength and mobility coach in 2010, focusing on women’s health through movement and nutrition.

In 2013, Cassandra earned her Registered Holistic Nutritionist designation (with honours) and specialized in gastrointestinal health. Two years later, she co-founded The IBS Academy with Dr. Murphy, helping clients overcome IBS using research-backed strategies to regulate the gut-brain connection.

While serving as Director of Operations at IBSA, Cassandra discovered many clients relapsed due to unresolved stress. This led her to research the nervous system, particularly how sympathetic dominance (fight or flight) impairs drainage, detoxification and genetic expression.

In 2024, Cassandra co-founded The Toronto Lymphatic Academy, certifying wellness professionals in manual lymphatic drainage. Teaching clients about the stress response and its impact on health remains central to her work, alongside lymphatic drainage massage, colon hydrotherapy, and fascial mobility.

Cassandra takes a personalized, data-driven approach to health coaching, using tools like HRV tracking, blood work, and genetic testing to create custom programs. If you’re seeking a mind-body approach to improve your health, book a consultation with Cassandra today!
